We want you to love your new frames, which is why Vogue Eyewear offers a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eyewear in its original condition for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Frames

  Place your eyewear, along with the original case, cleaning cloth, and any documentation, securely inside the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account or original package to the outside of the box, ensuring no other labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
